I offer professional confidential counselling and therapy in a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental environment. I offer a safe space where together we will explore what is going on for you. Over the course of our sessions together, I will encourage you to find the answers that you are looking for so that you can live a more comfortable life.

• Who I Work With

I provide counselling and therapy to everyone over 16 years of age. This takes place: – in person in my clinic at 7 Maine St, Tralee, Co. Kerry or – online via Zoom
